The Riverina Umpires Association provides professional and responsible Field, Boundary and Goal Umpires to the Riverina Football & Netball League, The Farrer Football & Netball League and the Wagga and District Junior Australian Football Association each season.
Members - As you are probably aware, at the AFL Riverina AGM on Sunday December 11th, a majority of Clubs voted in favour of accepting and implementing the recommendations of The Turner Report into umpiring. The RUA intends to conduct business as normal.
The RUA current coaching team will meet early in the new year to review 2011 and to plan for 2012 and training will commence on Tuesday January 31st at Maher Oval from 6pm. There will be a bbq, drinks and an information session after training.
